  Rules and Conditions
1.  Being in (at least) one of Sebil Center’s programs or courses or having any lesson means you agree to all Sebil Center’s Rules and Conditions.

2. Course starts when all fees are paid in full, students who didn’t pay their fees will not be allowed to start the course.

3. Fees must be paid in full at least 30 days before the starting date of the course, or at least 7 days for students who are currently live in the country.

4. Early prepaid payment (before 30 days of the starting date of the course) is given a discount of 5% of the course fee value.

5. In case of withdrawal (for any reason) after payment and 20 days before the start of the course, 5% of the fee will be deducted, in addition to registration and examination fees will also be deducted. The student is also responsible for all the necessary fees needed for currency conversion or money transfer’s fee.

6. In case of withdrawal (for any reason) after payment and one day before the start of the course, 30% of the fees will be deducted, in addition to registration and examination fees will also be deducted.

7. The student is also responsible for all the necessary fees needed for currency conversion or money transfer’s fee.

8. In case of withdrawal (for any reason) after the first day of the course (even he/she attended the classes or not), 65% of the fees will be deducted, in addition to registration and examination fees will also be deducted. The student is also responsible for all the necessary fees needed for currency conversion or money transfer fee.

9. In case of withdrawal (for any reason) in the morning of the second day of the course or later (even he/she attended the classes or not), no percentage of the fees can be returned back.

10. Absence during the course is not compensated. The Center would compensate any absence related to the teacher or for any urgent reason related to the Center.

11. For Private Program and Online Program, the Center could compensate the student in the following states:
a. The student should inform the Center of his/her expected absence before the starting date of the course.
b. During the course, the student must inform the Center at least 48 hours earlier of any expected absence and with a condition that absence doesn’t exceed (8 consecutive lessons) in intensive Private program and (4 consecutive lessons) in the non-intensive Private program.
c. The Center can compensate the absented lessons according to the available days and times and also according to teacher’s available time, and they do not necessary be on the same days and times the student attend.

12. All compensated lessons should be finished within each program's specific period, the One-Week Program ends within a period of one week, Two-week Program ends within two weeks, Four-week program ends within 30 days. The Center will not be committed to compensate after the program's specified period. When the course period is not specified, then the maximum period should not exceed four weeks including any compensation plan.

13. For All registered students of Group Courses, the Center will not compensate any lesson missed by the student for any reason. In case of any compensation schedule due to any reason, and the compensation lessons are held as online ones, then the number of regular lesson(s) is halved due to the intensive manner of the Online Arabic Lessons and being held as Private Lessons.

14. Courses are not allowed to be postponed or be transferred to another person or another group of students. You can postpone any course maximum up to 30 days (only one time) at least 20 days prior to the start date of the course.

15. National Public Holidays are not compensated unless for Private Programs.

16. Extending a program for further week(s) or lesson(s) should be done at least one week prior to the beginning of the new next period and fees must be paid in full in advance.

17. For Private Courses and Online courses, the number of registered lessons should be finished during the specified period. When the course period is not specified, then the maximum period should not exceed four weeks including any compensation plan.

18. For All Courses, the student isn’t allowed to change his course time or period or section after his registration unless the Center approved that (with its conditions) or the student has registered for new time or period.

19. For All Courses, the student isn’t allowed to change from program to program after his registration unless the Center approved that (with its conditions) or the student has registered for other new program.

20. Online Arabic Students are not allowed to convert/change their courses to regular classic classes (face-to-face).

21. All regular classic classes (face-to-face), private or group courses are not allowed to convert/change their courses to Online courses.

22. For All registered students of Group Courses, when the course is held for one student, the Center will not ask for extra charges, but the Center has the right to change the course times and days, and to add other students who have the same language level (to join in the course).

23. Getting a visa is always the student’s responsibility.

24. All prices quoted are subject to change without notice, unless the Center offered you specific prices for a limited time.

25. For the Standard Immersion Intensive Arabic Program with special accommodation:
a. The minimum period for the program is one week and reservation for the program should be made 6 weeks prior to the starting date of the program.
b. Please note that late registration and reservation may be resulted in extra fee for accommodation, which will be added to the course fee.
c. The program contains extra educational and cultural activities throughout the day, without it, the program becomes as any regular Intensive Course (without any kind of immersion).
d. Meals and travel costs are not included, students are responsible for these costs.
